Aileen has over 30 years experience in the industry, starting out by opening The Monkey House Restaurant in Formakin Estate, Bishopton, and shortly after this taking over the running of The Country Club in Strathblane.
These businesses were driven by Aileen and her passion for excellent customer service, food and drink, giving guests an unforgettable experience. These values that are still the ethos of the business today.
